I quote up to 4 weeks for regular portrait sessions. Up to 8 weeks for wedding photography. I try to be faster when I can! 

I do also offer a rush service. The fee is $75 per session. Which will get your proof gallery to you with in 48 hours to 72 hours.  Rush fee on weddings is $350 per wedding, final gallery to you in  48 hours to 72 hours. Need it faster? All portrait sessions and weddings come via an online gallery only (link that I email to you) You may download your photos from there. It is SUPER easy to use. 

Benefits:

• You get your gallery back sooner. (no waiting on the mail or picking up) 
• You can share directly from it. 
• You can send the link to family and friends. 
• Gallery is on a cloud and protected for years.
• Has no limit on # of times it can be downloaded. 
• You can even order prints through my printing service. 
• No cds or flash drives to lose. You can save from the cloud to one if you wish on your own.

Yes, all portrait sessions and weddings come with a print release. You may print the photos where ever you wish.  If you decide to print on your own I suggest downloading to a computer only to do so. 

You can also print through my printing service, which is not much more than the big box store printing services, however the quality is much better.  I can also see your orders and help if there is any issues.

If you need help printing your images you can also contact me and I can help with that if you print through the link. I can not control or help with quality, shipping, or anything if you print outside of the link.

Yes and yes! 

When booking your portrait session you pick which photography package you want. I do tend to overshoot and get more images than what comes with your package. It's sometimes hard for me to narrow down which photos I think you will want. I always try to give you the option to select your images and if you want to upgrade to get more images you can. If this happens then you will be sent proofs via an online proof gallery to review so you can make your selection or upgrade.

90% of sessions I do get more than the package. Now sometimes we don't, if that does happen I send the quality photos we got. 

When booking a session or wedding with me there is a non fundable and non transferable retainer due at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is held and that no one can take your time spot. Retainers are half of the session fee and 25% on weddings and grow with me packages. Remaining balances are due at the time of services **except for weddings and mini / event sessions. Both are due 1 week before. 

I do offer payment plans for weddings and grow with me packages.  I now offer AFTER PAY for all sessions and upgrades. 

Payment options include:

• Checks, made to Abigail Troy Photography (you can drop off or mail) 
• Cash, dropped off at the studio
• Venmo
• Paypal
• Credit/Debit Card 
• After pay via Square

No shows to sessions will not be able to rebook without repaying the retainer. No refunds will be given to anyone who no shows to their session.

Weather sometimes isn't on our side. If you are set on having outdoor photos then we simply have to move you to the next opening. If you are doing indoor photos, the show can go on! 

I do not cancel due to the weather until the day of, usually a few hours before due to we live in the Ozarks and it's ever changing. Cloudy days are my favorite too for lighting. IF you are coming from more than 1 hour away we can discuss it and go from there the day before. 

Bad roads: I use the MODot app and common sense. 

Cancelations: Life does happen and I am pretty understanding and easy to work with. I do have to have some set rules though. Retainers are non refundable as they are to hold your spot so I can't book someone in that place. Some are non moveable though. 

• No show to the session, you will have to pay another retainer to rebook, this includes grow with me sessions. 
• Less than 48 hours notice of canceling, you will have to pay another retainer to rebook.

Sometimes when sessions are booked we have to rent or book extra services from outside vendors. Their time and talents have to be valued as well, if you need to cancel / rebook this will need to be done a month in advance so that they can rebook or adjust their calendar. In the event that you do not cancel with in a month those services will still need to be paid in full by you, the client.

All rentals or services will have to rebooked and the fees paid for any re-bookings.

Most regular sessions I am 2 to 3 months out. I sometimes do have last minutes spots open. Please just contact me as soon as you know you are interested in a session to get on the books. Weekend spots to tend to book up the soonest. Weekday and nights there's usually more options for short term booking.

Weddings usually are 1 to 2 years out, some are 6 months out. I sometimes have shorter notice, please contact me as soon as you know your date and venue to get on the books. It never hurts to ask!

Basic editing would include:

• Cropping and any lighting corrections. 
• Whitening teeth as needed at photographer's discretion.
• Removing minor blemishes/acne, smoothing of skin as needed at photographer's discretion.  

Sometimes I do get requests for more detailed editing. There is an extra fee for this. Pricing ranging from $15 to $25 per photo, deepening on what needs to be done.  

Here are a few examples

• Fixing hair (removing any flyaways, dying your hair, cutting hair.)
• Correcting makeup or adding make up in post. 
• Removing braces or adding in teeth if one is missing. 
• Fixing glasses (glare, transition lens)
• Fixing clothing in any way, including color changes, fixing pants that are too short, changing the color of sock, and so on. 
• Removing OR adding in people or other objects. 
• Clipping the photos (making the background transparent)
• Bad acne, anything more than a blemish or two.
• Items from background that were part of the venue/background that was selected.
• Removing leashes from pets
• Head swaps, opening of eyes, smile swaps, etc. 
• Anything that is outside of normal/basic editing listed above. 

I do not do body changes such as slimming or making certain parts larger than what they are. I like to photograph people how they are in the moment. If you have concerns with any of these please tell me before the shoot. We can always get creative with posing. I am very good at posing. 

• All types of pets are welcome!  
• You have to give notice before bringing any pets. If no notice is given then your pet is not allowed in the photos. No exceptions 
• If you decide to go off site and not your own property you are responsible to check if they are allowed at the location you’ve selected. Leash laws will need to be followed if inside city limits. If there’s any fees to take your pet to the shoot you are also responsible for that.

What is a mini session? That is a set date and time for the session where the sessions are short and sweet (10 to 15 minutes normally)I always have some kind of an over the top photography set (usually a holiday theme or with something special) Sessions are back to back. You get a small number of images , hints the word mini. They are not always cheaper due to rentals of props but they are usually a HUGE set full of character and a once a year thing.) I offer unicorn, other live animals, snow sessions, tractor, vintage trucks, skid steer sessions, and many other options depending on time of year. Most always there's a fall and Christmas option. I do offer gift certificates for session. I can do a full session fee or any set amount.  I can print for you to pick up or email you to print. All gift certificates / cards must be paid in full.
