Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my photos?

Most portrait and session galleries are delivered within 4 weeks. Weddings and larger events are delivered within 8 weeks.


Need them sooner? A Rush Editing Add-On is available:

  • $75 per session 
  • $350 per wedding or event 


Rush editing guarantees delivery within 3 business days of your session or event. If you would like rush editing, please let me know at the time of booking so I can reserve editing time on my calendar. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


How do I receive my photos?
Your images are delivered through an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.


How do I book a session?
Contact me through the Contact page and I’ll help you choose a date and session package. I will be adding this fall an online booking tool.


Is a retainer required?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.


What if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions will be rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe.


Can I print my photos anywhere?
Yes! Your gallery includes a print release so you can print your images wherever you'd like.


Are pets allowed in sessions?
Yes! Pets are welcome, but must remain leashed and supervised.


Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make great gifts for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, or holidays. Contact me to purchase one.


Do you help with planning outfits for sessions?
Yes! After booking, you’ll receive a prep guide with tips on what to wear, how to prepare for your session, and how to get the best results.


What if I want more photos than what is included?

Did you move locations?

We’re still on the same property — but yes, things have moved a bit! We now operate out of a brand new building at 1822 South Elm Rd in Marshfield, MO, with a new entrance and parking area. If you’ve been here before, it’s the same property — just an updated space with a new access point.


What is Southside Acres?
